1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Photo Blur & Mosaic AI ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

The app lets you blur, redact, and anonymize sensitive areas of photos entirely on your device. Optional Pro features are available through an auto-renewing subscription.

3. Subscriptions

• Subscription length, title, and price are displayed before purchase and confirmed by Apple at checkout.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this app by any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, features, and content (excluding your own photos), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your own photos.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Standard Apple EULA

These Terms supplement, and do not replace, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
